چکیده

Many guidelines and studies describe haemostatic management protocols for patients with haemophilia, but few have evaluated the risk factors post-extraction bleeding. This retrospective cohort study was performed to investigate these risks among this group of patients. We used medical records identify haemophilia who underwent tooth extraction(s) between April 2006 2019 in Department Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Nara Medical University Hospital, Nara, Japan, conducted logistic regression analyses or protective bleeding procedures involving factor replacement therapy. Post-extraction defined as that could not be stopped by biting down on gauze, required treatment 30 min 14 days after extraction. A total 151 extractions (84 interventions) 55 fulfilled inclusion criteria (130 (72 48 A, 21 (12 seven B). observed nine (16.3%), 10 interventions (11.9%), 12 (7.9%). On average, it occurred six intervention, fifth postoperative day extractions. Use mouth splints significantly reduced (odds ratio: 0.13; p = 0.01) will conduct a prospective optimal type splint splint-wearing period.
